The Smoking Gun sends out birthday wishes to radio personality Howard Stern, who turns 44 today (January 12). Now that he is out $10,000 to portly push-up king Scott The Engineer, here's hoping that Howard wins this multimillion-dollar lawsuit so he can recoup his recent losses. Stern recently filed this breach of contract suit in Los Angeles after a proposed movie (which would have co-starred Melanie Griffith) went kaput. (7 pages)
